Rapid Lemon Productions seeks actor

CASTING - PAID - BALTIMORE

Rapid Lemon Productions is looking for an Asian-American / Pacific Islander (AAPI) actor for Her, Across the River, a play with movement by Hope Villanueva. CJay Philip directs this world premiere production.

The character is ASNEE - a Thai teenage male / student monk. Speaks English, with an accent.

Rehearsals are Monday & Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons. Tech week June 6-9. Performances June 10-26. Rehearsals and performances will be at Motor House, 120 W. North Avenue in Baltimore. $200 stipend paid.

Choral Auditions: Bach in Baltimore's 32nd Season

Bach in Baltimore warmly seeks experienced singers in all voice parts to perform with us in our 2019-2020 Season! The Bach in Baltimore Choir is a friendly group of talented singers who enjoy singing great choral music together.

For our 2019-202 Season, Bach in Baltimore will be performing some of the GREATEST Chorale Masterpieces ever composed, including:

Bach’s B Minor Mass
Handel’s Messiah
Haydn’s Heiligemesse

And, Bach in Baltimore will continue to be the only ensemble in central Maryland presenting Bach’s cantatas with great regularity.

Handel Choir of Baltimore Community Chorister Auditions

Handel Choir of Baltimore seeks community chorister for all voice parts to audition for its 2019-2020 season. Auditions will be held May 24 from 7-10 pm and May 25 from 10 am-3 pm at the Church of the Holy Comforter, 130 W. Seminary Avenue, Lutherville, MD 21093.

In addition to our yearly period instrument performance of "Messiah", our repertoire will include "Rachmaninoff Vespers" and "Song of the Birds." Concert dates and other season details at www.handelchoir.org.

Baltimore Shakespeare Factory Auditions

The Baltimore Shakespeare Factory is pleased to announce auditions for the first two shows of our 2019 season, Cymbeline and Hamlet (in original pronunciation).

All roles are open unless noted, and we’d like to see all ages and types; gender is not a factor unless noted. No experience with acting Shakespeare is required.

Hunt Valley Symphony Orchestra auditions

The Hunt Valley Symphony Orchestra is a non-profit 501c3 organization that was created in 2013 with the vision of creating a professional level, non-profit community orchestra & chorale in the greater Hunt Valley, Towson, & Timonium areas. We are currently seeking new members, especially string players, for our exciting 2016-2017 season. Auditions are open to anyone age 16 and up, and will be held August 14th and 15th at Mercy High School in Baltimore, MD.

CREATIVE KIDS Seeks Afterschool Drama Teachers

Creative Kids is currently hiring part-time teaching artists/teachers for the Fall semester of the 2015-16 academic school year. Creative Kids is a literature-based, after school drama program that runs classes in various schools throughout DC, Baltimore, suburban MD, and Northern Virginia. Students range from 3-15 years old.

Prospective candidates must have:
* Experience working with children and/or teaching,

* Experience in theatre or drama,
*A car.
