Summary of Essential Functions: The BCAN Operations Coordinator will be part of a small, dynamic team to provide administrative and operational support for the Baltimore Creatives Acceleration Network - a 10 year citywide project of the Maryland Institute College of Art that provides strategic and holistic entrepreneurship support to Baltimore’s creatives. The position requires a highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment and is passionate about creating economic opportunities for Baltimore’s diverse creative community.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct welcoming and energizing customer intake and follow-up, and field inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Document and track customer interactions, relationships, and data
- Assist with the preparation of monthly expense reports, credit card reconciliation, and invoice processing
- Facilitate the scheduling and documentation of meetings with program partners, stakeholders, advisors, and team
- Organize and maintain project files and operational documentation within cloud-based project management software and file storage platforms
- Assist with program evaluations by conducting surveys with program participants
- Conduct inventories, supply orders, and building maintenance requests to help ensure BCAN HQ is fully operational
- Work with BCAN team to help coordinate and onboard BCAN volunteers and interns
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications:
- Proven experience managing programs in the arts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial experience
- College degree
- Working with public programs in the arts
