The Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance (GBCA) nurtures and promotes a vibrant, diverse, and sustainable arts and cultural community, essential to the region’s quality of life. GBCA supports the needs of more than 400 members from the Baltimore region (Baltimore City and the five surrounding counties) including arts, culture, history, and heritage organizations, as well as individual artists. GBCA requires a strong infrastructure to steward its members and to develop new programs and initiatives.

Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation Seeks Program Officer

Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation seeks a Program Officer, Performing Arts who will foster the Foundation’s work in the creation and implementation of exemplary programs in the performing arts. The Program Officer, Performing Arts reports to the Deputy Director, Programs.

Reginald F. Lewis Museum seeks Database and Development Coordinator

The Database and Development Coordinator has primary responsibility for

maintaining all donor, prospect, and member records, and constituent transactions via the Altru database; Coordinates and executes the activities associated with the membership and annual fund raising cycles, including but not limited to: mailings; reports; recording and processing transactions and acknowledgments; production of materials and communications (print and electronic), research, and preparation and maintenance of tracking documents.

Howard County Arts Council seeks Development Assistant

The Howard County Arts Council, a multi-purpose non-profit arts agency, seeks a self-directed, outgoing individual for an entry to mid-level Development position in a small, fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director and will be responsible for Board correspondence and administration; development and donor administration; special event administration and coordination; financial record keeping; office efficiency; and clerical support for the Executive Director.

Membership Manager at Americans for the Arts

The Membership Manager is a member of the Local Arts Advancement Department, and is responsible for recruiting, retaining, and serving the members of Americans for the Arts. You will drive membership growth throughout all phases of the member lifecycle, including prospecting and recruitment, welcoming and orientation, ongoing engagement and renewal.

BOPA seeks Corporate Sponsorship Specialist

The Corporate Sponsorship Specialist for the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA) is a regular, full-time, exempt position reporting to the Development Director. The primary responsibilities are to identify, inform, cultivate, solicit, thank, oversee benefit fulfillment and steward relationships with sponsors up to $25,000 to secure financial support for BOPA programs in meeting its mission of making Baltimore a more creative and vibrant city. This includes various festivals, events, arts initiatives/projects and other BOPA programs as needed.

Pumpkin Theatre seeks Producing Artistic Director

Pumpkin Theatre, a leader in Baltimore children’s theater for 47 years, seeks full-time Producing Artistic Director. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: oversight of administration; education and production for theater producing five-show season; oversight of School of Drama; fundraising and development; creation, implementation and monitoring of organizational budget; contract and royalty negotiations; facility relations; board relations; supervision of Business Manager and Education Coordinator.
