Baltimore Center Stage is seeking a Donor Relationships Manager to join the BCS team. The primary focus of this position will be focused on cultivating and stewarding individual donors with the ultimate goal of the growth of the individual giving portfolio. Responsibilities include managing a personal portfolio of prospects and renewals, creating cultivation plans for all individual donors, developing relationships with donors and overseeing annual solicitations to individual constituents. The position is a direct report to the Director of Advancement.
Qualifications: Undergraduate degree required; a minimum of three years of related work experience, preferably with a focus on individual giving; excellent interpersonal communication skills, including active listening; knowledge of data management systems, particularly Tessitura, is desirable but not required; strong organizational and project management skills with an excellent attention to details, accuracy, and dependability; proven ability to assess priorities and manage a variety of complex activities and relationships simultaneously; ability to take initiative and function independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft software is essential; ability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed; commitment to Baltimore Center Stage’s core mission and an enthusiasm for the performing arts
This position is full-time, year-round with benefits, with an anticipated start date in mid-October 2020. The salary range is $45,500 to $48,000 annually.
