Baltimore Rock Opera Society seeks part-time Community Engagement Director

The Baltimore Rock Opera Society (BROS) is hiring! Baltimore's community-powered, collaborative, rock n roll production company is looking for great people who can work part-time to further BROS mission of providing unforgettable experiences to audiences in Baltimore and beyond. The ideal candidate is positive and enthusiastic about increasing BROS volunteer base, reaching out to new communities and forging partnerships with other leaders around baltimore, planning events that grow awareness of BROS opportunities externally, and enhance our internal conversations about diversity, inclusion, racial justice and enacting plans to make BROS a more vital part of the communities we touch.

Salary: $5,000 annually (paid in monthly installments)

Hours: 6-8 hours/week
