For those of you in the cultural field, GBCA is partnering with Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts for a special session to discuss the implications of this change on Monday, July 25 at 6:00 pm at the Motor House. More information on this event is coming soon. In the meantime, you can learn more about overtime rules at the Department of Labor website: https://www.dol.gov/featured/overtime.
It’s almost here! GBCA will again host the Culture Tent at Artscape. Be sure to stop by for performances and information on some of the area’s finest cultural organizations. Interested in volunteering? You can contact Janica Alston at [email protected] to sign up.
