2015 grantee ellen cherry received a Ruby to support the filming of Holey Land, a ten-minute “crankie” (hand-cranked puppet piece) created by artists Valeska Pupolah. While she working on this project, cherry continues to compose and perform, and can be seen next at the Creative Alliance.
