Executive Director's Letter

Every year since 2009, the Baker Artist Awards has distributed $90,000 in prizes. As a result, this amazing program has made over $1 million available to artists living and working in the Baltimore region. Today, we are thrilled to announce the finalists for the 2022 Baker Artist Awards season. Selected from nearly 700 artists who created a Baker Artist Portfolio, these individuals were chosen by an anonymous jury based on excellence in three areas: mastery of craft, depth of artistic exploration, and a unique vision.
