This program features music in celebration of the marvelous new pipe organ at St. Joseph Parish in Cockeysville. Bach composed Cantata 194 Highest Wish for the Joy Feast for the dedication of a church and new organ at Störmthal, Germany in 1723. Also enjoy movements of Cantata 29 We Give You Thanks, O God, the monumental Passacaglia and Fugue in C minor for organ, Handel’s Organ Concerto in G minor, and Giazotto’s Adagio in G minor performed in this glorious new worship and concert space.
