FREE Breath Work: Meditation Class ( March)

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork, or Pranayama, dates back thousands of years and is a form of meditation. Unlike other meditations, utilizing the breath in a rythmic pattern, quiets the mind and opens the heart. Breathwork cleanses the body, mind, and spirit and gives us a direct line to a higher frequency.
Breathwork helps with:
-Creativity + Inspiration
-Moving energy and emotional "build-up" out of the body
-Calms nervous system
-Increases physical energy
-Boosts immune system
-Deepens relaxation
No experience is necessary.
Each month presents a new theme with open discussion before and after the Breathwork session and journal prompts.
Additional Details:
-Please bring a yoga mat, a small blanket, + notebook/journal
-Eye pillow optional but recommended
-Arrive 10 minutes before the event starts so you have time to park and get set up. This one is really important so we can start and end on time.
-Please do not eat a heavy meal right before the event. ( there will be light snacks and beverages)
About the Venue: The Clubhouse is a 100-seat, intimate performance space located in the heart of the Catonsville Arts District. Recently acquired, it is owned and operated by the Baltimore County Arts Guild and serves as a center of the arts in Baltimore County. Additional classrooms provide space for classes and workshops.
