This weekend, you can experience German culture and traditions by watching the Schuhplattler Dancers of "S.u.G.T.V. Washingtonia" and the Hungarian American folk dancers “Tisza Ensemble”. They will perform on Saturday, December 7, from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Sunday is fun day! On Sunday, December 8, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, the German American Weekend will offer a German Game contest which includes popular Oktoberfest-style competitions such as Bierstein lifting ('Bierkrugstemmen'), a Bratwurst Eating Contest, and Brezelschnappen. Moreover, there will be plenty of authentic German and European delicacies available for visitors to enjoy.
