SINGLE CARROT THEATRE SEEKS COSTUME DESIGNERS FOR ITS 9TH SEASON

Single Carrot Theatre seeks qualified costume designers for three productions in its upcoming season: Phoebe in Winter by Jen Silverman, a new Single Carrot Theatre devised piece, and Midlife, by Ben Hoover. Costume designers are responsible for both designing and building costumes, as well as collaborating with the rest of the production team to realize the director's production concept through design. The ideal candidate is a team player willing to build costumes in addition to designing, and dreams big while managing a limited budget. He or she should thrive in highly collaborative environments. Applicants applying to work on Phoebe in Winter should note the following production timeframe:

First rehearsal: August 4, 2015

Tech: September 18-24, 2015

Performances: September 25-October 18, 2015

Applicants applying to work on the devised piece should note the following production timeframe:

First Production meeting: November 5, 2015

First rehearsal: January 5, 2016

Tech: February 26-March 4, 2016

Performances: March 5-March 27, 2016

Applicants applying to work on Midlife should note the following production timeframe:

First Production meeting: February 12, 2016

First rehearsal: April 12, 2016

Tech: May 27-June 2, 2016

Performances: June 3-June 26, 2016
