The Creative Services Department at the BMA is seeking a Fall Intern to join the Marketing team. The Intern will be integral in assisting with a variety of fast-moving design projects including print, signage, web, e-mail, and social media. The Intern will learn to be responsive to art direction from these project team members and react quickly to feedback. The Intern will collaborate with many BMA staff members on projects from the conceptual stage to the final delivery, which will teach them about the printing, production, and management process.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with staff and ensure project details are accurately updated
- Respond to changes quickly to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain up to date files of ongoing projects
Qualifications
- Fluent in Adobe CC InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Efficient in After Effects preferred
- Strong sense of typography and layout composition
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to bring personal laptop is preferred but not required
- Must be creative and have a sense of branding guidelines
