Promote Your Events
BaltimoreFunGuide.com
GBCA members receive direct access to the BaltimoreFunGuide, which allows organizations to enter, edit and manage all of their events. Events posted on the BaltimoreFunGuide also appear on sites belonging to GBCA’s Private Label Partners, including: Arts Everyday, Baltimore Collegetown Network, Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts, CityLit and Visit Baltimore. FunGuide events also populate Visit Baltimore’s iphone app, iVents: Baltimore-a Free mobile events calendar created by Liquid Plastic Apps.
FunGuide access allows members to have their Music, Dance, and Theatre events included in Peabody Magazine’s “Arts Alive” section. Before publication of Peabody’s Spring and Fall issues, GBCA members are notified by email of the deadline by which events must be entered into the FunGuide in order to be included in the magazine.
Members: If you do not have a GBCA issued user name and password, have forgotten your log-in information, or need a venue added to the FunGuide, please email Matt Diehl – mdiehl@baltimoreculture.org.Expand Your Audience
FunSavers – Weekly Half-Priced Tickets
Through the BaltimoreFunGuide, organizations with excess ticket inventory can create half-price ticket offers. GBCA sends these offers to a self-selecting list of almost 20,000 subscribers every Thursday (except the week of Christmas and New Years).
Live Webcast
Members receive one free live webcast annually, which would otherwise cost $100. To schedule a webcast, contact mdiehl@baltimoreculture.org.

Policy Update: In 2002 GBCA partnered with the Baltimore Theatre Alliance and the Greater Baltimore History Alliance to provide BTA and GBHA members with direct access to the BaltimoreFunGuide. If your organization has had access to the FunGuide through your membership to the Baltimore Theatre Alliance or the Greater Baltimore History Alliance, those arrangements have ended.
To retain your direct access to the FunGuide and the FunSaver, your organization will need to become a member of GBCA. On November 1, 2010 FunGuide accounts linked to organizations that have not paid their 2010 GBCA membership dues were de-activated. If you have not been invoiced, please contact gbca@baltimoreculture.org.
